SVP, Relationship Manager, Financial Institutions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead senior RM role covering institutional investors in public markets
• Support public markets team head and drive global growth FIG strategy
• Identify business opportunities and interpret client objectives
• Lead onboarding and periodic review of public market accounts
• Prepare credit memos and annual reviews
• Engage in communication with team leads
• Work with FIG and Global Financial Markets teams to cultivate client relationships
• Assess team adequacy and internal processes
• Participate in risk management processes
• Support customer journey from onboarding to trade settlement

Requirements

Education

Degree in Economics/Business/Finance/Engineering or relevant discipline

Experience

12-15 years in funds space

• Transaction management/custody products knowledge
• Fund administration experience
• Transfer agency services knowledge
• Strong knowledge of global market products and services
• Credit/finance/accounting concepts understanding
• ISDA GMRA GMSLA documentation familiarity
