Team Activity Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of operating discipline, management of change (MOC), return to operation (RTO), procedure use, and adherence to LCS
• Drive fair and equitable TRBs, balance shift knowledge, and promote inclusive behaviors
• Develop shift operations employees through goal-setting, performance management, and development plans
• Provide leadership to the Operations team for consistent and optimal production output
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership and other roles to understand team skill/growth needs and provide necessary coaching
• Coach on immediate response activities
• Coordinate plant activities effectively with EHS&S, engineers, production coordination, and gatekeepers
• Serve as a positive role model in safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping
• Participate in the Plant Leadership Team
• Be a member of the site on-call list for Duty Engineers

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering

Experience

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
