Key Responsibilities

• Develop tailored onboarding and training programs
• Drive continuous user engagement
• Gather user feedback and turn it into actionable insights
• Facilitate communication between product, support, and business teams
• Manage or oversee support process (Level 1 to Level 3)
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure platform evolves based on user feedback
• Drive change management strategies
• Build user communities and identify advocates
• Ensure users maximize platform value

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Tech, Marketing, or related fields

Experience

5+ years
