Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of specific products within assigned territory
- Support growth of Biosciences base business and Customer Experience Center activities
- Develop, manage, and support commercial activities within Customer Experience Center
- Maintain and upkeep instruments
- Develop new business opportunities
- Grow relationships with current customers
- Respond to customer requests
- Explore customer business goals
- Serve as technical resource
- Present compelling value propositions to customers
- Collaborate with sales team and internal collaborators
- Attend trade exhibitions
- Develop and implement technology seminars
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate market feedback and competitive intelligence
- Field travel (30% or more of role)
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field
Experience
3+ years
Required Skills
- Technical sales experience in life sciences
- Strong knowledge of Mammalian Cell Culture and Cell Analysis
- Laboratory or project management experience
- Account management
