Key Responsibilities

• Oversee interior design process and deliverables for healthcare projects
• Establish project direction and work within budget and schedule
• Lead development of interior design utilizing standard procedures and innovative approaches
• Serve as primary client contact point
• Collaborate with medical professionals and stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and design teams
• Mentor junior team members
• Prepare construction documents
• Review team materials before submissions
• Coordinate with other design professionals
• Assist with permit and tender applications
• Perform construction administration
• Develop project fees and budget input

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design, Architecture or equivalent

Experience

10+ years
