Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive talent development strategy
  • Conduct learning needs analysis
  • Develop learning plans and curriculum curation
  • Roll out learning programs
  • Create and drive multiple learning methodologies
  • Review and formulate learning strategy and framework/policies
  • Review and enhance learning solutions in Workday
  • Identify and establish partnerships with external providers
  • Source, implement, manage and evaluate learning interventions
  • Track success metrics for learning interventions

Requirements

Education

Master's Degree in Education or equivalent

Experience

5 years minimum in Learning and Development role
