Trial Master File (TMF) Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and promote agile methodology and scrum ceremonies
• Enable team to work effectively
• Ensure impediments are resolved
• Ensure team meets sprint objectives
• Ensure releases stay on track
• Coach team to own and improve processes
• Manage and escalate risks and customer-impacting issues
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retro)
• Collect and provide relevant data and metrics
• Act as Servant Leader
• Drive team discussion & collaboration
• Coach agile principles and continuous improvement
• Manage impediment removal
• Attend Scrum of Scrum meetings
• Facilitate Sprint release planning
• Assist with backlog refinement
• Update sprint activities in tracking tools
• Assist with status reporting and metrics
• Partner with Agile community to drive teams towards Agile principles
• Coach team to improve agility practices

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration and Management

Experience

Experience in Agile Practice or related experience
