Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end DCM transaction execution including pitch books and RFPs preparation
Conduct comprehensive due diligence and credit analysis for bond issuances
Manage rating advisory process and coordinate with rating agencies
Orchestrate roadshow logistics and investor presentations
Drive transaction closing process with multiple stakeholders

Requirements

Education

Master Degree holder in Business, Finance or related discipline(s)

Experience

3-5 years' DCM deal execution experience

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of credit analysis and Asian credit markets Good analytical and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Certifications

SFC regulatory requirements for capital markets activities
