Key Responsibilities

Drive digital transformation initiatives by contributing to client digital adoption strategies and increasing digital tool utilization among Wealth Management International Client Advisors
Lead coordination and rollout management of innovative digital tools and features through strategic collaboration with Agile Delivery Organization teams
Collaborate with Digital Communication teams to develop high-impact Digital Product Newsletter content and digital product page materials that enhance client engagement
Manage and maintain the WMI Digital Ambassador Community while supporting the preparation and execution of Digital Ambassador Exchange Meetings
Oversee daily management operations of digital products and tools designed for Client Advisors and ultra-high net worth clients
Execute strategic cross-functional projects focused on improving client experience and driving enhanced engagement metrics
