Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic development and management of Collaborative Care Program across multiple medical practices
Provide clinical and operational supervision for mental health programs including Hospital Elder Life and Peer Recovery
Direct quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics tracking
Manage cross-functional relationships with practice managers and healthcare leadership
Implement and optimize Epic-based workflow solutions
Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards

Requirements

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health discipline or related field

Experience

5+ years of experience in Mental Health/Behavioral Medicine, 2 years clinical supervisory experience
