Key Responsibilities

Lead accounts payable processing including vendor management and payment optimization
Manage accounts receivable cycle including client invoicing and master data maintenance
Execute weekly bank reconciliations ensuring financial accuracy
Prepare and submit monthly Business Activity Statements for regulatory compliance
Conduct annual FBT returns preparation
Maintain comprehensive Fixed Asset Register
Develop monthly General Ledger reconciliations
Support strategic financial reporting including cash flow analysis and P&L statements
Ensure data integrity and compliance in financial records
Contribute to administrative process improvements

Requirements

Education

Bachelor Degree in Finance and/or Accounting

Experience

1-2 years minimum in accounting role
