Key Responsibilities

Lead financial statement preparation and compliance with Swiss accounting standards
Drive SAP ERP implementation for accounting and reporting requirements
Develop and maintain Internal Control System (ICS) across group companies
Oversee management accounting and cost allocation processes
Ensure cross-departmental data integrity between Accounting and Controlling

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling, and/or Accountant with Swiss Federal Certificate

Experience

5 years minimum in Accounting with CH GAAP Swiss tax and VAT experience

Required Skills

SAP S/4 HANA proficiency Advanced Microsoft Excel German and English fluency Process analysis capabilities Consolidation knowledge Financial reporting expertise Detail-oriented with compliance focus
