Key Responsibilities

Lead complex patient care coordination across Med/Surg, Stepdown and ICU units
Execute comprehensive patient assessments and status monitoring
Implement prescribed medical interventions and medication protocols
Maintain detailed medical documentation and patient records
Serve as primary patient advocate ensuring optimal care experience
Manage pre-operative and post-operative nursing protocols
Coordinate interdisciplinary care delivery

Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in BSN program with completion within 5 years

Experience

One year hospital nursing experience preferred
