Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement GPE's influencing strategy with Dutch government stakeholders and parliament
Lead parliamentary relations and strategic advocacy initiatives for education funding
Coordinate with civil society organizations and manage private sector partnerships
Drive strategic communications and develop advocacy tools in Dutch and English
Support high-level stakeholder engagement and event organization

Requirements

Education

Masters' degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

Minimum of 7 years experience in international Partnerships, Campaigns and/or Advocacy

Required Skills

Fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral) Strong project-management skills Proven advocacy experience with Dutch Parliament Strong private sector and foundations network Interest in innovative finance
