Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and measurable organizational change
Deliver executive-level coaching and mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on advanced Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Orchestrate stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels to secure buy-in and ensure successful adoption of Agile practices
Facilitate critical Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to maximize team effectiveness
Champion continuous improvement culture by identifying, implementing, and measuring process enhancements that drive business value
Establish and maintain comprehensive Agile metrics and reporting systems to track team performance and guide strategic decisions
Resolve complex impediments and conflicts within teams while maintaining productive working environments and team morale
Design and deliver comprehensive Agile training programs and workshops to accelerate organizational learning and adoption

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Proven track record of leading agile transformations in medium to large organizations
