Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of Scrum and Kanban processes across multiple agile teams
Facilitate and optimize core agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Provide strategic coaching to development teams on agile methodologies and mindset adoption
Drive continuous process improvement and obstacle removal across the organization
Collaborate with product owners and architects on delivery optimization

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

Initial professional experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Quality/Process Manager in agile software development

Required Skills

Fluent German and English Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies Issue tracking system experience (Redmine, Jira, Polarion) Strong facilitation and coaching abilities Conflict resolution skills Process optimization capabilities
