Key Responsibilities

Lead Scrum teams and drive agile methodology implementation with focus on business value delivery
Manage cross-functional team performance and facilitate agile ceremonies
Drive technical product implementation and establish team standards

Requirements

Education

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Computer Science or similar

Experience

5+ years in Information Technology with 3+ years in Scrum Management
