Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic OKR and KPI development and tracking for AI/Computational Sciences teams
Drive organizational agility through framework selection and implementation
Facilitate capacity planning and resource optimization across teams
Provide expert Agile coaching and conduct monthly clinic sessions
Manage tools and metrics reporting for continuous improvement

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree - Computational Science, Biology, Life Science, etc.

Experience

2-4 years of experience, preferable in a corporate role

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Forward thinking ability combined with problem-solving Start-to-finish mentality with focus on value delivery Experience with agile project management tools Experience with data analysis
