Key Responsibilities

Lead organization-wide agile transformation initiatives and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
Coach and mentor teams in agile methodologies while driving cultural change
Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
Implement and optimize agile frameworks while measuring performance metrics
Develop and execute agile training programs across the organization
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering preferred

Experience

Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role

Required Skills

Strong understanding of agile principles, values, and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills Strong leadership and communication skills Conflict resolution abilities Knowledge of agile metrics and tools Experience in agile transformation and change management
