Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team alignment and continuous delivery
Provide strategic guidance to product owners in maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs to maximize business value delivery
Proactively identify and eliminate roadblocks that impede team progress, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity
Track, analyze, and communicate critical Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to stakeholders for informed decision-making
Coordinate complex software releases and facilitate seamless communication across technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
