Key Responsibilities

Drive organizational DevOps transformation by coaching teams in a specialized Dojo environment, directly impacting delivery velocity and quality across multiple business units
Serve as strategic change agent establishing vision and thought leadership for DevOps adoption, removing critical impediments to digital transformation success
Mentor and coach leadership stakeholders including Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Technical Leads and executives on DevOps principles, ensuring alignment across all organizational levels
Design and facilitate comprehensive DevOps training programs, building organizational capability and accelerating time-to-market for new products

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Experience

8 or more years of experience in Information Technology environment

Required Skills

Knowledge of CI/CD, Java, Python, .NET, GoLang & JavaScript Frameworks Professional Coaching certification, or equivalent work experience Any Security certifications, or equivalent work experience Security policy creation and automation Threat modeling Access & Controls Working knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and process change/improvement Five or more years of experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and support tools Five or more years of experience within an Agile solution environment working on large scale, multiple scrum team
