Key Responsibilities

Direct supervision of all pharmacy staff including pharmacists, interns, technicians and students
Strategic workflow management and staff coordination
Oversight of pharmacy operations including USP 797/800 compliance
Management of chemotherapy compounding and OR pharmacy operations
Supervision of pharmacy automation systems
Staff development and training coordination
Quality assurance and regulatory compliance management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited college

Experience

3 years of relevant practice
