Key Responsibilities

Lead cell line development processes including molecular biology, transfection, and single cell isolation with direct impact on client deliverables
Execute and optimize fed-batch experiments across multiple bioreactor platforms including Ambr systems
Drive strategic internal projects from planning through execution and analysis phases
Maintain compliance with SOPs and quality processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Manage documentation and reporting in alignment with GMP standards
Contribute technical expertise to change management processes and CAPA implementation

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry or related scientific field

Experience

Previous experience in sterile cell culture work, preferably with suspension cells (CHO)
