Key Responsibilities

Drive comprehensive support in origination and execution of high-value M&A mandates, participating strategically in all transaction phases from initial client contact through successful deal closure
Construct sophisticated financial models and perform complex valuation analyses using advanced Excel techniques and specialized modeling tools, directly impacting client investment decisions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm
