Key Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis and modeling for M&A transactions with direct impact on deal outcomes
Develop comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
Create sophisticated pitch materials and transaction documentation that drive deal execution
Manage critical aspects of deal execution including data room administration and client communications

Requirements

Education
