Key Responsibilities

Lead research and analysis initiatives for genetic testing program evaluation and optimization
Develop and monitor key performance indicators for provincial genetics services
Conduct comprehensive environmental scans and needs assessments to inform evidence-based guidance
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple organizational levels

Requirements

Education

An undergraduate degree (master's degree is an asset) in health administration, health sciences, health services research, public administration or associated field or recognized equivalent

Experience
