Key Responsibilities

Lead data-driven strategic decision making for customer servicing across Loans and Credit Cards portfolios
Drive and evaluate cross-functional priorities to develop scalable analytics solutions
Spearhead efficiency initiatives through advanced data analysis and hypothesis testing
