Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and teenagers with autism in clinical and home settings
Implement behavior modification programs under BCBA supervision
Develop and teach essential life skills including communication and coping strategies
Document progress and maintain detailed client treatment records
Collaborate with supervisory team to refine treatment approaches
Support families in implementing behavioral strategies
