Key Responsibilities
Lead and conduct comprehensive annual wellness exams focusing on preventive care and health maintenance
Perform strategic gap analysis in patient care and implement quality improvement measures
Direct clinical assessment and documentation of chronic and acute conditions
Coordinate with network teams to develop and deliver clinical education programs
Execute ambulatory screening protocols and manage care plan development
Oversee emergency response protocols and coordinate with emergency medical services when needed
Develop and implement patient education and health promotion strategies
Manage vaccine administration and preventive care protocols

Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Nursing [APRN or FNP]
Experience
2+ years of primary care experience at the NP level
