Key Responsibilities

Produce architectural drawings and documentation across RIBA Stages 1-5
Develop and communicate project briefs to internal stakeholders
Create and refine design proposals and concepts
Manage planning applications and building regulations compliance
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance
Support sustainable and functional design solutions

Requirements

Education

Architecture degree with ARB Part 2 accreditation or recognized equivalent

Experience

Post Part 2 experience in UK-based office

Required Skills

AutoCAD and/or Revit Sketchup (preferred) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred Knowledge of UK Building Regulations Strong communication skills Project organization abilities
