Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop Community Advisors team through programming initiatives and professional development
Manage residential community safety and emergency response protocols
Serve as Hearing Officer in student conduct processes
Foster inclusive community development and student engagement
Coordinate with Public Safety and emergency services
Maintain 24/7 on-call availability in rotation

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Higher Education or related field (preferred), Bachelor's degree (required)

Experience

1-3+ years post-Bachelor's Residence Life experience
