Key Responsibilities

Lead overall Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management for Process area scope
Direct strategic cost and schedule management throughout project lifecycle
Oversee contractor performance and compliance with ES&H policies
Drive capital intensity optimization for process facilities
Develop and implement detailed execution plans with risk mitigation
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication
Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
Lead team development and performance management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent)

Experience

13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience

Required Skills

Knowledge of Bechtel organization, policies, procedures, and programs including QA and Safety Experience with reimbursable projects in Mining and Metals sector Ability to effectively organize staff in matrix organization Knowledge of Bechtel standard tools, techniques, and procedures Business and Commercial acumen Project Execution Plan development and implementation experience Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies Contracts/subcontracts formulation and risk analysis expertise Cross functional work process knowledge Oral, written, and graphic communication skills Construction project execution experience
