Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the 4-year bachelor's mime program curriculum
Manage and guide teaching staff while maintaining quality standards
Foster connections between practice, research, and reflection
Oversee student selection, assessments, internship policies, and graduation processes
Manage budget and personnel policy implementation
Develop training profile focusing on education, professional field, and diversity/inclusion
Maintain industry relationships for program development
Collaborate with other artistic directors and departments

Requirements

Education

Advanced degree in performing arts or related field (implied)

Experience

Significant leadership experience in mime and theater arts

Required Skills

Deep knowledge of mime and theater arts Leadership and team management Educational expertise (preferably in HBO art education) Pedagogical skills Dutch and English language proficiency Organizational and administrative capabilities IT proficiency International network management
