Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic communication and valorization initiatives for Student-Ambassador programs within the Compas PIA framework, enhancing university outreach and brand positioning
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for Student-Ambassador tutors in collaboration with secondary education partners, strengthening institutional relationships
Orchestrate the production and dissemination of video testimonials from Student-Ambassadors, creating compelling content for recruitment and engagement strategies
Manage and animate the Student-Ambassador and Cordée tutor network, fostering community building and knowledge sharing across educational levels
Maintain and optimize the "Objectif Université" web platform, ensuring digital presence effectiveness and user engagement
Coordinate campus immersion programs across multiple university faculties (Triolet, STAPS, Medicine, Pharmacy), facilitating prospective student experiences
Execute comprehensive tracking and evaluation of Student-Ambassador programs through survey analysis and project reporting
