Key Responsibilities

Strategic financial performance management and cost control for residential development projects
Advanced feasibility modeling and financial analysis for project planning
Stakeholder management across consultants, authorities and service providers
Project documentation and compliance oversight
Contract and tender process management
Cross-functional coordination with Marketing/Sales/Customer teams
Project control group participation and reporting

Requirements

Education

Degree in Engineering, Property Land Economics, Planning or related property discipline

Experience

Proven experience as Assistant Development Manager level
