Key Responsibilities

Lead overall site engineering management including strategic direction of production projects, industrial engineering initiatives, and test engineering processes
Drive technical leadership across business operations from initial customer quotation through final assembly and testing, ensuring optimal outcomes
Provide expert technical guidance to manufacturing teams for process improvement and capability expansion
Manage customer relationships for design collaboration and technical issue resolution
Develop and implement technical strategy including process development and equipment selection
Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering discipline

Experience

12 years in electronic engineering management with 5 years at managerial level
