Key Responsibilities

Coordinate complex day-to-day administrative and legal formalities for diverse client portfolios including real estate entities, corporate structures, trusts, and holding companies
Build and maintain strategic customer relationships with existing and new clients, financial institutions, and external stakeholders while delivering customized solutions
Ensure comprehensive regulatory compliance and KYC obligations through preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of robust client documentation and risk management protocols
Lead and facilitate board meetings and shareholder assemblies while reviewing critical corporate governance documentation including minutes, agreements, and legal instruments
