Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive technology due diligence assessments that directly influence multi-million dollar M&A transaction decisions by evaluating IT infrastructure capacity, risk exposure, and synergy identification
Drive post-merger integration strategies including target operating model development, transition planning, and cost optimization that determine deal success and business value realization
Architect IT transformation roadmaps and strategic business-IT alignment frameworks that accelerate digital modernization programs and competitive positioning
Optimize organizational operating models for IT departments, implementing new governance structures that enhance operational efficiency and strategic delivery
Establish robust governance frameworks for complex integration and separation projects, ensuring seamless execution of critical business transformations
Develop and evaluate Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) and exit strategies that minimize business disruption during organizational changes

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or business with a focus in Management/Finance/Information Systems

Experience

5-to-10-year track record in M&A, IT transformation or organizational projects

Required Skills

Significant experience as a consultant Experience with diagnostic, strategy or IT transformation projects as part of integration or separation (pre-deal and/or post-deal) Comfortable with designing, developing, or operating complex technological environments (ERP and other business applications, infrastructure) Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to lead teams and deal with C-level clients on a daily basis Curious, autonomous, enterprising and have a good working capacity Able and motivated to work calmly on urgent, critical, and confidential projects Dynamic, organized, and methodical Fluency in English is mandatory, German and/or French is an advantage
