Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic mobile application initiatives as Project Manager for Customer & Passenger Engagement team, directly impacting passenger experience at one of the world's busiest airports
Drive cross-functional project delivery by managing both internal teams and external contractors to achieve critical business milestones and operational excellence
Provide executive-level risk management and strategic guidance to senior leadership on technology implementation challenges and opportunities

Requirements

Education

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines

Experience

A minimum of 6 years' relevant working experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in mobile application development or project management
