Key Responsibilities

Lead demand planning processes including annual budgeting and monthly forecasting with direct P&L impact
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales and Marketing for integrated business planning
Manage product lifecycle planning and inventory optimization strategies
Oversee supply chain operations and maintain key performance metrics
Execute supply planning and inventory management across multiple channels
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and systems

Requirements

Education

Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines

Experience

Minimum 4 years of working experience in FMCG Logistics Field

Required Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office ERP systems (preferred SAP & APO) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Relationship building and stakeholder management Project management skills English & Chinese language proficiency Advanced MS Excel skills
