Key Responsibilities

Lead foundation-level business management and accounting/finance courses with 18-20 contact hours weekly
Develop and enhance curriculum materials incorporating modern pedagogical approaches
Provide mentorship and academic guidance to international foundation students
Participate in academic governance through committee work and exam boards
Drive continuous improvement in teaching methods and course delivery
Contribute to program development and quality assurance processes

Requirements

Education

First degree in Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or Psychology; Higher degree (MSc/PhD) preferred

Experience

Previous teaching experience at SCQF Level 7 with international students
