Requirements

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in an appropriate subject

Experience

Experience of a local authority environment working practices and protocols

Required Skills

Understanding of project management theory and principles, gained through practical application with developing ability to apply in practice Knowledge and understanding of project management and specification processes Awareness of commercial issues Basic understanding of Health, Safety and Welfare, including specific regulations Ability to produce reports to a good standard Basic understanding of the different interfaces on projects
