Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex software development project teams with P&L responsibility
Define technical project scope and coordinate resource allocation across multiple stakeholders
Drive project lifecycle management including planning, execution and delivery
Oversee quality assurance and SDLC compliance
Manage client relationships and technical team coordination
Prepare detailed technical proposals and project documentation
Monitor project KPIs and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience
