Key Responsibilities

Lead institutional transformation through the establishment and management of the Office of Academic Quality and Strategic Enhancement
Drive accreditation excellence and compliance through systematic quality assurance frameworks
Spearhead data-driven decision-making initiatives to enhance academic program effectiveness
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic enhancement programs across the institution
Foster cross-institutional collaboration to create integrated quality assurance systems
Manage and mentor a dedicated team while establishing new departmental processes
Oversee complex accreditation reporting and compliance processes
Design and implement data management systems for institutional effectiveness

Requirements

Education

A PhD or terminal degree with experience in facilitating continuous improvement is required. Alternatively, a Master's degree with extensive, relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Strategic Enhancement may suffice.

Experience

Proven track record in academic quality assurance, accreditation processes, and strategic enhancement within higher education. Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. Experience in managing and developing teams dedicated to accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.
