Key Responsibilities

Strategic vessel management with full P&L responsibility for assigned fleet
Technical operations leadership including maintenance planning, dry-docking supervision, and regulatory compliance
Financial oversight with 3% variance target on operational budgets
Emergency response coordination and safety protocol implementation
Team leadership for both offshore and onshore personnel
Quality management system implementation and continuous improvement

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering/Navigation or internationally recognized shipping qualification

Experience

Minimum 1 year as Chief Engineer/Second Engineer/3rd Engineer OR Master/Chief Officer/2nd Officer OR 3-4 years shore experience as Assistant Superintendent
