Key Responsibilities

Manage complex multi-jurisdictional client portfolios requiring sophisticated understanding of international corporate structures and regulatory frameworks
Serve as primary client relationship manager, maintaining high-touch service delivery that directly impacts client retention and satisfaction
Draft and execute critical corporate governance documents including board and shareholder resolutions that shape client company operations

Requirements

Education

Swiss Law degree (BLaw or MLaw) with experience in corporate law or corporate services or Paralegal with extensive experience in corporate law or corporate services
