Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach 1-2 scrum teams to optimize value delivery and performance
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Drive dependency management and planning increment initiatives
Foster cross-functional communication between Development and Product Management
Maintain and analyze team performance metrics
Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and sprint planning
Champion Agile culture and best practices across the organization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree

Experience

One to three years of experience as a Scrum Master/Scrum practitioner working in an agile environment

Required Skills

Experience with and knowledge of Kanban, Scrum Experience with and knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), specifically agile lifecycle management Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated agile mindset and approach to problem-solving Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams and SharePoint Demonstrated knowledge of scrum/agile tracking software such as Version One, Atlassian, Jira or other related programs
