Key Responsibilities

Lead clinical trial site activation and maintenance processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
Drive strategic collaboration with investigator sites to optimize trial performance and participant enrollment
Manage regulatory submissions and ethical approvals across multiple jurisdictions
Oversee trial documentation and maintain inspection-ready Trial Master Files
Coordinate cross-functional communication between sites, internal teams, and regulatory bodies
Develop and implement site budgets while ensuring compliance with financial procedures

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree preferably in a scientific or health related field

Experience

Two years of clinical research experience or relevant experience preferred
