Key Responsibilities

Lead clinical trial site qualification and activation processes to ensure compliance and readiness
Manage regulatory submissions and ethical approvals for clinical trials across multiple jurisdictions
Drive site performance monitoring and compliance through documentation and training oversight
Coordinate cross-functional communication between investigator sites and internal stakeholders
Maintain Trial Master File integrity and inspection readiness
Oversee budget negotiations and financial compliance with research sites
Ensure regulatory and data privacy compliance across trial documentation

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree preferably in a scientific or health related field

Experience

Two years of clinical research experience or relevant experience preferred
