Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing data analytics team while fostering continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration
Drive strategic decision-making through oversight of complex data collection, analysis, and presentation processes
Develop and implement advanced predictive models and data visualizations that directly impact business performance

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus, and a doctorate in computer science, math, electrical and computer engineering, or a related STEM subject area would be ideal

Experience

5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role
